Hi, I’m Regina — I’m also known as Regi (she/her).
I’m a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, and additional training in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Levels 1 & 2), Matrix Reimprinting, and Nutrition. I work with the mind, body, and spirit as one interconnected whole.
Over the years — both personally and professionally — I’ve come to see that true healing doesn’t just come from treating the physical body. It comes from gently releasing old emotional patterns, reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom, and creating space for lasting change to unfold.

I blend science-based naturopathic care with energetic, emotional and somatic therapies to guide you through transformation that’s not only sustainable, but deeply empowering.
As your practitioner, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space — one where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can hand over the reins, breathe, and let me gently support you along the way.
Beyond the clinic, I’m a mum to two incredible young adult sons — both of whom have navigated their own neurodiverse paths. My lived experience with childhood trauma, anxiety, and emotional reparenting has shaped the way I hold space for others — with compassion, grounded presence, and no pressure to be perfect.
I’ve walked this path myself — learning how to listen to my body, soften the inner critic, and live from a place of truth rather than survival. These days, I feel most alive when I’m singing, cooking nourishing food, practicing yoga, writing and listening to music, and living as fully and honestly as I can.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)
NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) is a gentle and effective technique I use to help you release unresolved stress that’s stored in the body — especially stress that might be showing up as emotional blocks, recurring thoughts, physical symptoms, or unhelpful patterns in your daily life.
Often, we’re not even aware of how old experiences or beliefs might be impacting our wellbeing — but our body remembers. NET works by helping us identify and release these stored stress patterns, so you can feel more calm, clear, and connected to yourself again.
How does it work?
Using a tool called muscle testing, we’re able to tap into the body’s stress response — that "fight-or-flight" reaction we all have when something feels unsafe. By following what your body is showing us, we uncover past experiences, emotions, or thought patterns that may still be influencing your physical or emotional health today.
Once we’ve identified the stress, you’ll be guided to:
Gently recall the memory or emotion
Hold specific acupressure points (emotional/pulse points)
Breathe deeply while I guide you through the process
This is a non-invasive, calming, and empowering experience — and many people say they feel lighter, clearer, and more themselves after just one session.
What can NET support?

Is there science behind it?
Yes! A study by Monti et al. (2018) showed that just 3–5 sessions of NET significantly reduced stress responses in patients, especially those dealing with emotional distress related to trauma or illness. Participants reported improved emotional regulation and less reactivity to stressful memories — meaning they felt more in control and at ease in their lives.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT — often called “tapping” — is a gentle, powerful tool that helps release emotional blocks, stress, and limiting beliefs held in the body.
Using a combination of light tapping on specific acupressure points and verbal expression, EFT works with the nervous system to calm the fight-or-flight response, clear old emotional patterns, and rewire subconscious beliefs.
Think of it as emotional acupuncture without needles — blending Eastern wisdom with modern psychology and trauma-informed techniques.
I use EFT to support patients in:
Releasing stress, anxiety, shame, or emotional overwhelm
Letting go of outdated conditioning or inner criticism
Building self-worth, confidence, and emotional clarity
Gently shifting deep-rooted beliefs that affect health, habits, and relationships
