Consultations are offered ONLINE and in PERSON. Online appointments are conducted via Zoom, a user friendly interface. You will receive a link to access Zoom in your booking confirmation. As NET requires muscle testing this part of the consultation is only conducted in person. Online consultations include EFT.

May include: emotional clearing techniques (NET/EFT), naturopathic and lifestyle review, holistic treatment plan.
Perfect for first-time clients or clients who have not had a session for longer than 12 months.
Standard Follow up - Nourish & Clear Session | 60mins | $145
Continue building momentum. Together we clear blocks, recalibrate your plan where needed, and support your body and mind with the next layer of healing.
May include: emotional clearing techniques (NET/EFT), supplement/food/herbal updates, lifestyle refinement.
For existing clients to support their ongoing goals.
Shorter Follow up - Mini Nourish & Clear Session | 30 mins | $89
A focused session to help you stay aligned with your goals and healing journey. Together we'll review what's working, address any roadblocks, and make any necessary adjustments to support your continued progress.
May include: supplement, food or herbal updates, progress reviews, lifestyle refinements, focused emotional support, and guidance on your next steps.
